Foundation Online Store is optimized for Netscape Navigator 4.0 and Internet
Explorer 4.0. If you are using a different browser and experience recurring
problems, please call 800-550-4440 to place an order.
Online Ordering Once you register with the site you will not need to
input your billing or shipping information again unless you wish to make a
change. To place an order, sign in and just add the items you would like to
purchase to your cart. Once you submit your final order, you will receive an
email confirmation with your order number for future reference. Please review
your order in detail before submitting as we cannot modify an order after it
has been submitted. Online orders are usually processed within 72 hours of
receipt. You can then use your order number and login information to check the
status of your order.
Online Security Protecting your order information is a priority. The
National Rifle Association Foundation makes every effort to protect your online
order information. NRAF uses SSL encryption to avoid the decoding of that
information by anyone other than The NRAF. To check the security of your
connection, look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser window after
accessing the server. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending
upon your browser), then SSL is active. You can also double-check by looking at
the URL line of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first
characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https." We also
offer you three other ways to place your order if you are not comfortable with
online shopping.

Payment Options The NRA Online Store accepts the following credit
cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Personal checks, NRA
award coupons, and money orders can be used on mail orders only.
Postage Charges Charges are based on the value of your order.
Sales Tax We are required by law to collect tax in those states where
NRA has a presence. New York and Virginia tax shipping and handling as well as
merchandise. The actual amount will be applied to your credit card when the
order is shipped.
Pricing The price at which you purchase from our Online Store is the
only one we can honor.
Returns/Exchanges All returns must be made within 60 days of receipt of
materials. Merchandise returned for exchange or refund must be in sellable
condition unless received damaged. In this event, you must call our Customer
Service Department at 1-800-550-4440 to notify us of the problem. We can only
refund postage and handling costs if the return is the result of our error.

instructions on returning or exchanging merchandise.
Delivery As many of our items are custom manufactured at the time of
purchase, please allow up to 6 weeks for standard delivery inside of the
Continental U.S. for in-stock items. Please allow up to 72 hours processing
time in addition to the shipping time when choosing your method of expedited
shipping.
Shipments Outside of the U.S. For shipments outside of the Continental
U.S., there is an additional charge of $10 to the assessed postage and handling
charge.
